In this video tutorial, you will see how to remove and replace the diesel filter on a Ford S-Max 2.0 TDCi. First, open the engine bonnet and remove the plastic cover of the diesel filter by unscrewing the screws; then disconnect the inlet and outlet fuel hoses by pressing on the clips and pulling.

At this point, unscrew the filter using a socket wrench until you can extract it, as shown in the video; all that is left is to replace it with the correct new one, ensuring it is inserted properly and paying attention to the seal.
