How to Open the Ford Kuga Door When the Remote Battery is Flat

To open the Ford Kuga door when the remote battery is flat, press the two tabs located on the sides of the remote. By pressing these tabs, you can remove the top cover and extract the emergency key underneath. The key can then be inserted into the lock; to turn it, insert the remote's indentation into the key and turn it anti-clockwise to open the car and clockwise to lock it. It is advisable to promptly replace the remote battery.
