How to Replace the Front Brake Rotor of the Ford F250 P473

This guide shows how to replace the front brakes of the Ford F250 P473. The first step is to remove the wheel bolt cover with a lever. Remove the wheel with a 22 mm wrench. Using a 16 mm wrench, remove the upper caliper bolt and then the lower one; remove the caliper and set it aside. Remove the brake pads and the 21 mm bolts that hold the caliper bracket in place. Extract the brake rotor; if necessary, tap it with a hammer to help it come out. Clean any dirt and rust residue. After cleaning the new brake rotor, insert it in place and secure all the components removed so far. Check the proper functioning of the brake before hitting the road.
