How to Change the Remote Key Battery on a Ford C-Max

To replace the battery in the key for this car model, follow the instructions below and refer to the video. You will need a small screwdriver and a new CR 2032 battery. Use the small screwdriver to pry open the back of the key, then remove the back cover and take out the old battery from its housing, replacing it with the new one. Finally, refit the back cover and reinsert the back of the key into its housing.
