Resetting the battery monitoring management system or battery warning light on a 2016 Ford Focus is a very simple operation that can be done in a few minutes independently. Just follow the instructions in our brief video tutorial.

Start by turning on the vehicle's instrument cluster to make the battery warning light flash, then press the left lever on the steering wheel five times and turn off the vehicle. Upon restarting, you will notice that the warning light stays on for a few seconds and then turns off, indicating that the reset has been successfully completed.
