If a device in your Ford Explorer has suddenly stopped working, you can first check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams of which are indicated in this video. The first box is located inside the cabin, in the lower left area of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second box is positioned in the engine bay, protected by the black plastic cover located just behind the battery. Ensure you replace any blown fuses with spares of equivalent specifications; otherwise, you may damage the various devices.
