If any devices in your Ford Edge have suddenly stopped working, first check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams for which are indicated in this video. Locate the first fuse box inside the cabin, specifically in the lower area of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second box is positioned in the engine compartment, protected by the black plastic cover next to the battery. If a fuse is faulty, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications and operate with the vehicle switched off to avoid damage.
