Changing the engine oil is one of the most important maintenance tasks to keep the engine running efficiently, especially considering that it is a very simple operation to perform and also quite economical: the only recommendation is to dispose of the used oil at a specialised collection centre.

Lift the vehicle on appropriate axle stands to facilitate access to the oil sump, unscrew the filler cap to aid drainage, position a container to collect the used oil, and unscrew the drain plug located at the rear of the oil sump; it is recommended to replace the filter, which is of the cartridge type, with every oil change: therefore, unscrew the container cap, remove the old filter, and insert the new one, applying the new O-ring gaskets always included in the filter kit; once the new filter is installed and the plug is reattached to the sump with a new copper washer, fill the engine with new oil until the level is reached, which should be checked after bringing the vehicle back to level.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
