How to replace the engine oil in a Hyundai Elantra?

To replace the motor oil of a Hyundai Elantra, you need to follow a few steps. First, make sure the engine is warm but not too hot. Lift the car with a jack to work comfortably under the vehicle. Locate the oil fill cap on the engine and unscrew it. Place a collection container under the oil drain plug on the oil pan, then unscrew the plug to drain the used oil. Once the draining is complete, screw the drain plug back in. Remove and replace the oil filter using an oil filter wrench. Make sure to apply some new oil on the gasket of the new filter before installation. Then, fill the engine with new oil through the fill cap opening until reaching the recommended level. Check the oil level using the dipstick and add oil if necessary. Screw the oil fill cap back on and make sure it is securely tightened. Start the engine and check for any oil leaks. Finally, lower the car from the jack and properly dispose of the used oil.
