Engine Oil Filter Replacement

Model: Hyundai Elantra MK 4, HD - Years 2006-2010

To access the engine oil filter, first remove the plastic cover on the engine: the filter is located right next to the oil level dipstick; unscrew the cap of the filter housing (it is a cartridge type filter) to extract the filter and detach it from its support; then install the new filter and the new o-ring seals included in the filter kit, coating them with clean oil to improve adhesion, and reinstall the filter cap in its place.
