Replacing the power steering pump on the car model in question is quite straightforward due to its location; start by loosening the mounting bolts of the pump to relieve the tension on the drive belt and free the pulley; then proceed to remove the mounting bolt of the high-pressure hose, taking care not to spill oil on the auxiliary belt below; next, loosen the clamp securing the return oil hose and slide the hose off; then reverse the process to install the new pump by connecting the hoses and the drive belt; finally, top up the power steering fluid.
