How to Reset the Service Light on the Hyundai i40

To reset the service light on the Hyundai i40, first turn on the instrument panel (the engine can remain off) and enter the onboard computer menu using the appropriate button on the steering wheel. When the service expiry message appears on the dashboard display, press the button with the downward arrow located just below the button that allows access to the menu. Hold it down for a few seconds, then release it and press it again for the same duration. Turn off and then turn on the instrument panel to verify the service light has been reset.
