How to Install the Timing Chain on a Hyundai Elantra

In this detailed video, we will see how to install and replace the timing chain on a Hyundai Elantra. Remove the right splash guard with a screwdriver. Use a spanner to loosen the tensioner roller and slide the chain out of its housing. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the securing bolt of the tensioner roller, then remove the water pump as shown in the video. Install the new water pump, the tensioner, and the chain itself, tightening everything with the socket wrench. Finally, reinstall the securing bolts of the splash guard and refit the wheel with the tyre onto the vehicle.
