Location of the Control Unit on the Infiniti EX35

In this video, we see that the control unit of the Infiniti EX35 is located in a particularly difficult-to-reach spot. The control unit is in the engine compartment but in an inaccessible position: it is mounted inside the right wheel arch (passenger side) protected by a cover. Specifically, it is found on the passenger side (for left-hand drive vehicles), behind the right front bumper, inside the wheel arch cavity. To reach it, you will need to unscrew and move the plastic cover of the wheel arch, and it is also necessary to lift the vehicle, remove the wheel, and loosen part of the bumper to have decent working space. Additionally, the electrical connectors may be secured with safety clips and difficult to disengage without the right tools.
