Infiniti G - Video tutorial

Model: Infiniti G V36 - Years 2007-2015
Part: Brake pads
Operation: Replacement pads and rear brake discs

To replace the brake pads, first unscrew the brake fluid reservoir cap. Then with a screwdriver rotate the pins into position to pull out the catches. Extract them and with an awl and a hammer bring out the two pins slightly then extract them with pliers. Now push the pistons back. Check the brake fluid level during this operation. Now loosen and unscrew the two screws on the inner side to disassemble the brake caliper, obtaining a support to support it. From the hole in the hub with a screwdriver rotate the handbrake adjuster to the end so that it is completely unleashed. Tighten a couple of wheel nuts a few turns for safety and then remove the brake disc. Clean any rust residue around the studs. Now install the replacement brake disc. Screw the wheel nuts and check the alignment of the disc with the appropriate tool. Now turn the handbrake adjuster in reverse as far as it will go. Rotate for a couple of clicks backwards until the wheel is no longer fully locked and from there take another four clicks always backwards. Now clean the inside of the brake calipers, reposition them on the disc, and screw them back to the required tension. Clean the remaining components before reassembling them. Apply the clips and the special grease on the back of the pads and insert them into the brake caliper. Apply some grease to the pins, position the spring and insert the pins. Insert the catches on the pins. Then repeat the work on the wheel on the opposite side. Car model: Infinity G37s Year: 2009 Tools required: Jack, jack stands, torque wrench, screw gun, drill with steel brush, nose pliers, screwdriver, socket and 19mm wrench.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
