How to Remove the Front Bumper on a Jaguar X Type

Model: Jaguar X-Type MK 1 - Years 2001-2009

Locate the five screws under the car that hold the bumper in place (three central and two lateral). Apply plenty of penetrating oil (or similar) and unscrew them. Remove the now free protections. At this point, you will see the other screws that secure the bumper to the grille. Raise the bonnet of your Jaguar and secure it. Disconnect the indicators, headlights, and fog lights, and unscrew the wheel arch liner so you can move it and access the side pins of the bumper that keep it attached to the car. Remove them and with a bit of force, the bumper will detach.
