How to reset the service light on a Jeep Cherokee MK5

In this video we see how to reset the service light of a Jeep Cherokee MK5: turn on the car, without starting the engine: very important, do not press the brake pedal, then press the "start" button twice. In this way we will enter "ON/RUN" mode. Access the menu using the arrow keys on the steering wheel, select "vehicle information", then go to "oil life" and confirm with "ok". At this point, hold down "ok" for five seconds, until "hold down OK to reset" appears. If it doesn't work, repeat up to this point and while holding down the "ok" button, press the accelerator all the way down five times. The light will turn off and the oil will return to 100%.
