Resetting the Service Light on a Jeep Compass

Model: Jeep Compass 552, MK 2 - Years 2016-2025

If you perform the service yourself, you will need to reset the light at the end of the procedure. To do this, first turn on the instrument cluster (but not the engine, it is not necessary). Using the "menu" button on the steering wheel to your left, scroll through the various pages until you reach the oil change section. Now remove the key and hold down the brake pedal, then reinsert the key, turn on the ignition, and press the accelerator pedal three times while keeping the brake pressed. Remove the key and reinsert it as a final check.
