How to Reset the Oil Service Light on the Jeep Cherokee?

To reset the Oil Service light on the Jeep Cherokee, start the engine using the button located to the right of the steering column: once the engine is running, navigate through the menu on the instrument cluster using the directional controls on the left side of the steering wheel. Find the option indicating the oil life remaining: once this screen is displayed, hold down the OK button until the oil life is reset. At this point, release the button and verify that the reset has occurred.
