How to Remove the Soft Top from a Jeep Wrangler

In this video, learn how to remove the soft top from a Jeep Wrangler: First, get inside as there are a couple of latches to unfasten; remove the visors, and underneath are the levers that allow you to remove only the front part without lowering the entire roof. There is a lever here on the side to push forward, and then the entire front section will lift. To remove it completely, you will need to bring the part you just lifted forward, closing it completely. The rear windows are secured with Velcro and have zippers, so they come off very easily. Remember that they cannot be folded; there is a specific place to store them. The front window rolls up on itself, securing it in its designated hooks. Remove the rear pillars by folding them onto the roof. Now pull the tabs on the sides to release the rear section. This will allow the back to fold onto itself, bending the rear pillar, and as it descends, store everything inside. And here is where to place the windows: behind the rear seat.
