How do you reset the Service light of the Land Rover Evoque?

Model: Land Rover Evoque L538, MK 1 - Years 2011-2018

On the instrument panel of the Land Rover Evoque, the Service light that is displayed can be reset by opening the hood and the driver's door, then turning the ignition key to turn on the instrument panel. In this way, a message indicating the need for maintenance will be displayed: while the panel is on, you will need to press both the accelerator and brake pedals at the same time for about a minute. Then you can release both pedals and turn the key to turn off the panel; when it is turned on again, you will notice that the light has been reset.
