How to Remove the EGR Valve on Land Rover Discovery

Is the EGR valve damaged? Let's see how to remove it inside the engine compartment. Lift the hood and secure it, then detach the plastic soundproofing panel. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the locking pins of the ventilation pipe. Remove the EGR valve mounting bolts. Once the part is detached from its seat, you can take it out of the engine compartment. Start cleaning the valve using a suitable mechanical parts cleaner, and use a brush to assist in the process. Install the new or remanufactured valve and tighten the screws. Reattach the air tube. Test the operation.
