In today's video, understand how to remove and replace the EGR valve, or simply clean it from carbon buildup, on the Land Rover Discovery 3 with the 2.7 TDV6 engine, in simple and quick steps. First, open the hood of your vehicle and start by removing the upper engine cover; then, remove the intake hose and the exhaust pipes of the EGR valve by unscrewing the nuts. At this point, unscrew the EGR valve bolts to remove it, disconnecting the electrical connector of the sensor; now you can proceed with cleaning or replacement.
