Let's see how to remove and replace the turbocharger on a Land Rover Discovery 3. Open the hood, lift it, and remove the soundproofing panel from the engine compartment (if present). Remove the turbocharger mounting bolts (located in the engine compartment) using a socket wrench (appropriate sockets), take out the valve from the engine seat, and disconnect the various supply clamps with a screwdriver or needle-nose pliers.

After comparing the damaged valve with the new one, install it on the engine block located in the compartment; tighten it securely with the bolts and reconnect the clamps. Test the proper functioning of the vehicle.
