Operation: Disassembly of the diesel pump on Freelander TD4

Turn off the car and remove the ignition key. Unscrew the bolts of the left rear wheel, lift the car with a jack and remove the wheel itself: the diesel pump is located behind the wheel. Remove the ABS wiring without damaging it: do it with care. Then unscrew the two bolts that secure the diesel filter (use a lubricant to unscrew them more easily) and remove this as well. To unscrew the pump connectors, simply press the special tabs and pull from the attachment, not the wires. Now you can unscrew and extract the diesel pump to replace it or to replace some parts.
