Replacing the Dashboard Clock Light Bulb

Model: Land Rover Discovery MK 3, LR3, Discovery 3, L319 - Years 2004-2010

To replace the backlight bulb of the clock in the center console, you need to remove it from its housing along with the window switch. Removing the clock requires some patience and skill since it is secured with plastic tabs and access to release them is very limited; you should use thin plastic pry tools to insert along the top and bottom edges to release the tabs and extract the clock. At this point, remove the old bulb with its socket and install the new one (bayonet fitting, use needle-nose pliers).
Before reinstalling the clock, check the bulb's operation.
