The engine air filter of your car plays a crucial role. The engine air filter is a component of your car's fuel system and serves to filter and clean the air drawn in from outside and delivered to the combustion chamber. The composition of the filter varies based on the type, but generally consists of two parts: a solid part, usually a casing or structure (which supports the filtering part) and a filtering part made of filter material such as sponges, cloths, or fabrics. The filter should be changed every year or after 15,000-20,000 miles. The filter is housed in a box called the airbox, near the engine.
