Lincoln Aviator - Video tutorial
Model: Lincoln Aviator
MK 2
- Years 2020-2024 To change the oil and oil filter of the Lincoln Aviator, we start by opening the bonnet, raise the oil dipstick, go under the car, remove the protection for the sump. oil, unscrew the oil drain plug and drain the oil into a container. While we drain the oil, we go to the upper part of the engine, with a socket wrench and some extensions, we unscrew the oil filter, removed the oil filter from its container with the old seals, we take the new filter of the oil and new gaskets, we put them on the container and screw the oil filter with a socket wrench. Now remove the oil filler cap, insert a funnel and pour the liters indicated by the house; when we are approximately on the indicated liters we check that the oil level is on the max mark, if the level is on that mark we can close the oil filler cap, otherwise if a few liters are missing we top up.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford EcosportFirst remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base. by ScegliAuto More videos
