This guide shows how to reset the engine oil change light on a Lincoln MKZ Mk2. The reset operation is performed using the buttons on the center console of the dashboard. First, turn on the instrument cluster; after initialization, press the "SETUP" button to display the confirmation message for resetting the active light.

At this point, press the "RESET" button located next to the previously pressed button to reset the light. Next, reset the oil life percentage; for this operation, press the "SETUP" button again until the percentage appears.

Then use the "RESET" button to restore the value. Turn off and turn on the ignition to check the correct operation of the reset.
