How to Replace the Front Headlamp Bulb on a Lotus Elise

Today, you will learn how to independently replace the front headlamp bulbs on a Lotus Elise. The bulb type we will use is an H1, 12-volt, 55-watt bulb, which can be purchased online or at auto parts stores. To facilitate the replacement, remove the right front wheel and then unscrew the bolts on the inner shield of the bumper to remove it. Carefully remove the outer headlamp, taking care not to damage the connector; disconnect the first power cable and then the main connector. Release the bulb cover to extract and replace it, then reassemble the headlamp. Repeat the same steps for the left headlamp.
