Wait until you have disassembled the key and check the code of the dead battery; for example, those for a television may be (AA) or (AAA), but here you will have a name starting with "CR" followed by four digits, such as 1620. Request the same replacement from the retailer. Replacing the battery is extremely easy; get a punch and a flathead screwdriver. Start by pressing the button to open the key, then use the punch to press into the hole and disassemble the key without forcing it too much. Now, use the screwdriver to separate the two parts of the piece you just freed. Finally, you can replace the battery. First, assemble the two parts of the body, and now insert the front part of the remote.
