Removing the Radiator on Mazda 3

Model: Mazda 3 MK 2, BL - Years 2009-2013

Lift the vehicle and start working from underneath by removing the clips and screws that secure the splash guard panel under the engine bay. Once this panel is removed, you can unscrew the coolant cap using a flat screwdriver. Collect the coolant in a container and dispose of it properly. Lower the vehicle slightly and unscrew the top cap of the container, then disconnect the hoses going to the radiator and remove the air filter box. Returning to underneath the vehicle, remove the protection with the incorporated radiator fan and then remove the radiator itself to extract it.
