Part: Engine

First, disconnect the battery cable by unscrewing the two bolts located, respectively, at the top right of the engine bay (driver's side) and on the left (passenger side). Then locate the electronic control unit (driver's side). Open it and, lifting the blue lever, disconnect the cables. Now disconnect the other cables located behind the electronic control unit, at the bottom, by operating the white lever. Finally, disconnect the positive battery cable using the appropriate key. At this point, you can remove the engine from its bay. The vehicle on which this maintenance operation is performed is a Mazda CX-7.

Replacing Brake Pads on the Moto Guzzi V7

To replace the brake pads on the Moto Guzzi V7, first position the bike on a stable stand on a flat surface. Once done, start by removing the old brake pads from the front brake by simply removing the two springs that secure the pins of the pads (the pins, in turn, secure the brake pads in their housing within the brake block mounted on the wheel). Now, extract the pads from their housing and replace them with new ones. Reassemble everything by following the same steps in reverse. For replacing the brake pads on the rear wheel, once you locate the brake block, unscrew the two bolts using a suitable spanner to access the pads, which can be easily replaced. Reassemble everything and you're done!
