In this video, see how to restore the "one touch" function on the driver’s side window of your Mazda 2: insert the key into the ignition, turn it on, and then press and hold the window switch, keeping it fully down for ten seconds; do the same for the fully up position.

Turn the key off and back on, and the "one touch" function should be restored.

This function can definitely disable if the battery is changed, but it may also lose memory for no apparent reason.
