Windscreen Wiper Switch Replacement

Model: Mazda 6 GG, MK 1 - Years 2002-2008

Today, I will explain how to replace your car's windscreen wiper switch. First, gather ratchet spanners, cross screwdrivers, and interior trim removal tools. Open the engine bay and disconnect your battery. Now, start by removing your steering wheel. First, remove the horn button using the trim tools, then disconnect the airbag connector and the positive and negative wires from the horn. Now, using ratchet spanners, remove the bolt in the centre. After removing the steering wheel, take off the steering column cover from the various screws. Now, remove everything. At this point, disconnect the connector and the screw from the switch, slide it out to your right, and you're done. Refit the new part and everything else in reverse order.
