How to Remove the Airbag from a Mercedes C-Class?

Hello, today’s objective is to remove the airbag from our Mercedes C-Class. For safety reasons, before starting, disconnect the battery.

Begin by sitting in the driver’s seat, then remove the screws that secure the lower cover of the steering wheel. Next, unclip and remove the cover itself.

After that, remove the screws that secure the airbag to the steering wheel. At this point, disconnect the airbag's electrical connector, then pull it out from the steering wheel.

Once you complete this step, you will have successfully removed the airbag from our Mercedes C-Class.
