Replacing Spark Plugs on a Mercedes C-Class

Replacing damaged spark plugs on a Mercedes C-Class? Let's see how to remove the spark plugs. Open and lift the hood, then remove the soundproofing panel (unscrew the securing screws). The spark plugs are located beneath the plastic coils. Unscrew the securing screws on the sides of the coil, then disconnect it by hand (grasp it and twist) until it comes out of the cylinder head. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the spark plugs (remove them from the cylinder head). Insert the new spark plug and place it into the engine head, then use the socket wrench to tighten it. Reinstall the coil over the spark plug and cover the cylinder head with the soundproofing panel.
