How to Remove the Door Panel of a Mercedes Vito

Model: Mercedes Vito MK 3, W447 - Years 2014-2024

Before you begin, open the door of your Mercedes Vito. Start by prising off the plastic near the mirror. Once done, remove the insert of the internal handle of the door panel and the insert behind the internal opening handle using a flathead screwdriver as a lever. After removing the inserts, you will expose the screws securing the door panel. Proceed to unscrew and remove these screws. At this point, using a thin but sturdy tool, release the internal clips holding the panel. Once this step is complete, you can remove the panel, and you will have finished the disassembly.
