Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Once you have raised the vehicle on the ramp, remove the cover to access the oil sump: the drain plug is located at the front, just above the stabiliser bar; once you have unscrewed the plug, collect the oil in a suitable container and, after draining, tighten the plug and refit the plastic cover. Next, access the engine bay, remove the cover and unscrew the plastic cap of the oil filter cartridge container (it is useful to place rags around the filter seat to avoid oil spills); then extract the old cartridge and apply the new one, also replacing the set of o-ring seals that are always included in the filter kit; refit the cap with the new filter after coating the seals with oil and fill the engine with new oil until the level is reached (consult the owner's manual for the SAE grade of the oil and the quantities).
