In this video tutorial, we can see how to replace the cabin air filter on a Mercedes E-Class by following a few simple steps: the first thing to do is purchase a new cabin air filter from an authorized dealer. The second step is to get inside the vehicle, turn off the car, and engage the parking brake. The cabin air filter on this vehicle can be found inside the engine compartment, under the windshield, on the upper left side of the engine bay. Lift the hood and secure it with the appropriate prop; remove the fasteners of the filter box using a 10mm ratchet wrench, take out the filter element, and replace it with a new one. Clean the housing with an air gun and a multi-purpose spray; position the new cabin air filter according to the arrows on the filter itself. Reassemble all parts in reverse order.
