Instructions for Replacing Antifreeze

To ensure that the coolant is always efficient, it is advisable to replace it, perhaps during regular maintenance: this way, you will prevent rust formation in the system, keeping the radiator, hoses, and water pump perfectly efficient; once the old coolant has been drained and the system flushed, fill it with a suitable mixture of distilled water and antifreeze (ready-to-use mixtures can also be used) until the maximum level in the reservoir is reached; then start the engine, activate the cabin heating system so that the coolant circulates through the cabin radiator, and wait for the cooling fan to activate; after that, wait for the engine to cool down and check the coolant level in the reservoir.
