Replacing the front wheel bearing on a Mercedes E-Class, model W124 is a straightforward task. Just follow our tips and the following video tutorial. First, open the hood and remove the cap from the brake fluid reservoir. Next, lift the car to remove the front wheel and the wheel well cover. The second step is to loosen the bearing and lubricate the area to make it easier to remove the nuts. Continue by cleaning the brake mounting element, as shown in the video, and remove the bearing components from the wheel hub. After that, you can start installing the new replacement parts. Install the outer rings of the new wheel bearings and then mount them on the car. Tighten the brake rotor mounting elements and install the hub bearing cover. Reattach the wheel well cover and the wheel.
