In this video, you can see how the YouTuber replaces the completely fogged headlamp of the Mercedes Vito W639: to do this, you need to remove the front grille, which is secured with three screws at the top. You can easily remove the bumper, which is secured by four screws, two at the top and two at the bottom.

You will then need to lift the vehicle, as you will need to remove three clips on each side from the bottom, and finally two screws on each side in the wheel arch; at this point, you can remove the front bumper, then remove the four screws that hold the front light unit, and disconnect the electrical connector.

Refit the new light unit in reverse order. You can find the headlights, for example, on eBay: the code 282624689767 will get you the right one, which costs £134.40 including delivery.
