To remove the airbag from the Mercedes C-Class, loosen the screws that secure the airbag to the center of the steering wheel: these screws are located at the back of the steering wheel. Once they are loosened, you can remove the airbag from its housing by disconnecting the connectors underneath.

After the old airbag has been completely removed from its housing, you can insert the new replacement part. After replacement, secure it with the appropriate screws and reconnect the connectors.
