How do you remove the steering wheel airbag of the Mercedes C-Class?

The procedure for removing the airbag of the Mercedes C-Class involves loosening the screws that secure the airbag to the center of the steering wheel: these screws will be located at the back of the steering wheel itself. Once they have been loosened, it will be possible to remove the airbag from the center of its housing, disconnecting the underlying connectors. Once the old airbag has been completely removed from its housing, it will be possible to insert the new replacement piece. After replacement, it can be secured with the appropriate screws and the connectors can be connected.
