In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the radiator in a Mini Cooper, a task that requires good manual skills. First, ensure that the engine is completely cold.

Then, remove both the upper grille of the bumper and the lower panel of the compartment. Next, open the expansion tank cap, remove the wheels, wheel arch liners, and the bumper, and drain the system by disconnecting the lower hose.

At this point, simply unscrew the radiator mounting bolts, pull it out of the housing, fit the replacement, and add new coolant.
