Removing Dashboard on Pajero V60/NT

Model: Mitsubishi Pajero MK 4, V80 - Years 2006-2021

Required tools: specific plastic tool set (available at auto parts stores), cross screwdriver, flat screwdriver, 10mm spanner. Start by removing the two side covers, right and left, by inserting the spatula tool into the joint and gently prying towards the doors, then pulling the covers towards you. Repeat the process for the air vents on both sides of the dashboard. Disconnect all connectors attached to the vents. Repeat the process for the central climate control console using the U-groove tool in its lower right and left corners. The same operation applies to the screen/info centre. Disconnect all connectors here as well. Remove the frame under the dashboard using the same U-groove tool. Disconnect all connectors located at the bottom under the dashboard and remove all plastic plugs securing the dashboard. Unscrew all cross screws present and all 10mm bolts. Unscrew the screws securing the centre tunnel (gearbox). Pay close attention to any connectors and/or lamps, as these may vary depending on the model and production year.
