Replace the 4x4 Traction Connector on the Mitsubishi Pajero 4

Model: Mitsubishi Pajero MK 4, V80 - Years 2006-2021

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to dismantle and replace the connector (the switch) that diverts the 4x4 traction from 4x2 by pressing the button on the Mitsubishi Pajero fourth series. First, access the automatic gearbox by reaching the traction differential; then locate the 4x4 traction switch by unscrewing the nut and disconnecting the electrical connector, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the component and replace it with the new one, screwing it onto the gearbox casing; apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
