How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter on Nissan Murano

The cabin air filter for this model is located behind the centre console at the bottom. To access the filter housing, you will need to remove the glove compartment; start by unscrewing the three fixing screws along the lower edge, then open the door and remove the three screws from the upper fascia and the two at the bottom of the glove compartment. To extract the glove compartment, unclip the side cap of the dashboard. Once the glove compartment is removed, you can proceed to replace the filter, which is quite flexible as it needs to be manipulated a bit for both extraction and insertion.
