In this video we see how to use the air conditioning in various situations: In the video we see the example on a Nissan Kicks, but of course we can apply the method to any vehicle: During heavy traffic or very long queues, together with the air conditioning, we use the recirculation function, so as not to breathe the polluted external air. When it rains, instead we let the air come from the outside together with the air conditioner, and direct all the flow towards the windshield, in order to remove the fogging as soon as possible. In summer, we take advantage of recirculation again, in order not to let the hot air from outside enter the cabin: the compressor will thank us. Finally, in winter, we combine the air conditioner with the outside air and a pleasant temperature.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge.
