Let's see how to change the spark plugs and ignition coils on a Nissan NV200: you can find a complete kit consisting of 4 coils and 4 spark plugs on eBay with code 405637374093 for £274.63 with free delivery. Disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the air intake pipe to free up space, and disconnect the electrical connectors and pipes from the throttle body. Now remove the intake manifold; disconnect the PCV valve pipe; locate and unscrew the two 12 mm bolts at the rear of the manifold; unscrew all the 10 mm bolts securing the manifold to the cylinder head. Lift the manifold and remove it: you may need to disconnect one last pipe at the rear. You now have clear access to the coils: disconnect the electrical connector from each coil, unscrew the fixing screws, and extract them. Using a long spark plug socket, unscrew and remove the old spark plugs. Install the new spark plugs, tightening them to the correct torque, and then fit the new coils, connecting them to the cables. For reassembly, clean the contact surfaces between the manifold and the cylinder head; fit a new gasket on the intake manifold, and tighten all bolts in a cross sequence. Reconnect all pipes and connectors, refit the air intake pipe, and reconnect the negative battery cable.
